I'm slightly confused about the ticket policy; it seems like some players get their issues dealt with by being generally annoying in global chat- is this acceptable in all matters? Is using global chat to get a GMs attention ok when your problem makes the game unplayable? What is the official GM stance toward people who avoid using the ticket system?
Im my opinion, you should first raise a ticket and then ask in global if there's a GM on who can help you out (but don't spam it). GM's are sometimes logged onto thier legits who can't see tickets and they may be willing to jump off to give you a hand. Please note however that they too deserve some R&R time ;)

definately not me, i dont even know how to make tickets xD
although it would be nice, as i have wanted a little help quite alot recently, and every1 is just so god damn ignorent, its pathetic !!
I always find the best policy to bring attention, be polite, and get stuff fixed, is just to ask politely if a GM is on doing tickets. Don't mention yours. If there is, submit yours.
