Im my opinion, you should first raise a ticket and then ask in global if there's a GM on who can help you out (but don't spam it). GM's are sometimes logged onto thier legits who can't see tickets and they may be willing to jump off to give you a hand. Please note however that they too deserve some R&R time ;)
