I play retail myself, and yes, your right. Enhancement is concidered to be a not viable pvp spec, and in some ways, it is.
But when the only burst ability of an enchancement shaman is nerfed and ruined, then the spec is truely dead. Which i beleive is what have occured on Netherstorm.
