I have found the same thing. First of all I noticed Windfury isn't proccing at all on my shaman which may or may not be the case on other people's shamans, and in addition he is hitting very lightly when he should be smashing through stuff, I.E. Critting 1.5k or so on a normal hit when it should be like 2.5k or more.

I've noticed something strange on hunters as well. Arcane shot is INCREDIBLY nerfed, as I'm hitting like... 500's on people with Arcane Shot fully geared, which is VERY low. It should be more around 1.5k. I had a problem with Aimed Shot a while back but it looks like it is working decently at the moment. Multi-shot is also wierd, and hits your target for very little damage (I.E. around 750 Damage) and then hits additional targets for like 2.1k.

Ret Paladins have all but been completely annihalated by the level 80 updates, because of the imbalance in classes. The only thing I can hope for is an official buff to them once WoTLK comes out.

It really isn't that big of a deal for me though, because I BM and play on Shadowburn or on a healing druid when I do play on Netherstorm, but I just thought I'd throw that out there. I'm going to play around with the Multi-shot and Arcane shot a little more and probably submit a bug report. You might do the same if you believe it is not working as intended.
