If they didn't send you the disk, there might be a "recovery" thing built into the OS. If it's a Dell, call and ask them about it.

I would run the system recovery if I could. The thing is it doesn't load the OS because the OS is loaded on the C-Drive, and it's not reading the C-Drive. It's HP btw, so I probably can still call them and get the OS or something.
