No more than a custom rogue, my cutom pally set is about even with Wezkins. Now Holy pallies are a bit OP at the moment but that's not due to any customs... Hellspaladin can kill a donor rogue easy with T6/S4 gear.
Half the donor pallies out there would get killed by you 1v1, it just happens that there were 3 donor pallies on the alliance side that night. I doubt you would be whining if you had Logikal, Millim, and Purified on the horde side.
Rember it 80% skill and 20% gear... except for old T7 rogues, then it's more like 50% skill and 50% gear. LOL
