From memory, it was finished by some model editors, thats why its not the same quality. It's impossible to get there with out teleporting from memory. And yes, its unfinished by Blizz.

I agree, it looks quite good tbh, when I was playing on another Private Server, I Got ported there, and for a laugh, the admin of the server decided to spawn the 4 Emerald Dragons, so I thought there was actually mobs spawned
