Custom shield bugged

hi peeps not sure if is right place to post ( don't post much).
the custom shield "The Tanks Impenetrable Bastion " is bugged unfortunatly i am unable to repair it....Have tried to repair with nother equipment & by itself as a single item, equiped & unequiped have tried re-logging leaving the game & clearing cache etc ( all the usual suspects).
Darkelf kindly removed the last broken 1 & re-added to my inventory to see if that fixed it but still can't be mended.
If this could be looked at i would appreciate it ( realise there are other things probs more important ) but its not so Impenetrable at the moment....lol
