Druid Talent Bug

I think i founds me a druid bug. As a druid, i often enjoy using the Feral combat spec. A problem I discovered was that I am only able, in Shadowburn, to get to claw at rank 2. The druid trainers have 4,5 and so on. But no 3. I cannot advance in my claw skill without rank 3. Another thing in Netherstorm, playing my druid,Crescent. The trainers only teach me a rank 1 claw and no other ranks are at all on the list. Just wondering, have other druids gotten thing bug too?

If you go to your class trainers which are not in the Shopping Malls you can train in any skill for your class pass the rank that you cannot in the Malls, please head there and try and repost thank you
