The trainer where you learn to make the Engineering flying mount,
Where can i find him??
or is removed???

he could well have been removed from the database, and could well be put back in a future patch/update

Maybe Syn/Arsenik/Flint can give you a more solid answer than me, it might help if you give the npc name and they may be able to add him to the game

both the ally and the horde engineering flying mount trainers aren't in the database, i checked when netherstorm came back online after the updates so i could add them to their respective malls
