Ok, he abused Q commands, he admitted it.... hope he'll not gonna do this again. Dunno if GMs will decide to remove Q commands for few days, they have this right and it's up to them.

shouldnt really be there anyway, if you want to pvp go guru/nagrand.
If horde do that to the alliance outside where they duel then your gonna get all the alliance going back into the mall duelling which is not so good

Indeed, you have no reason to be infront of silvermoon, although right now it is not the issue where it happened it's the issue WHAT happened. appearing to someone without asking, especially with the intention of attacking them is absolutely not allowed and should still be punished.
