Several Bugged Shattrah NPCs

There are several bugged NPCs in Shattrah, most of them consisting of Scryer NPCs would include the Scryer Inscription NPC not selling anything to me even though I am exalted to them. As well as Vol'venthal the Seer (However you spell the leader of Scryer's name) refusing to allow me to turn in items for his quests...

Every time i walk past a Wammo Bouncer it either chases me or kills me.. Sometimes i think it lets me off when it doesnt kill me because it loves me :]

you set your faction to hated?

Nope. I double checked everything. I've not set Hated towards any factions in Shattrah. It's the same problem with some of the Aldor NPCs as well.
