.Appear out of Pvp in UC---Kora

Kora .appeared out of Pvp while i was attempting to kill him in UC. He was flaged. He did it twice and admitted to it after the first time.

Well, The Admin care, considering one of the Rules of .appear/.recall is that you don't use it to get out of combat

So recalling out of PvP is against the rules now regardless of whether or not you attack back?

its always been the same rule, no appearing out of a pvp fight.... just cause you dont attack back doesnt make it any less of a pvp fight, still a player fighting another player. Pvp doesnt have to have a reason, the rule was put into play so that it would be fair to the ppl that are pvping.

.recalling OUT of pvp = when you are engaged in a PVP fight - ie, you are both attacking. If you are not pvp'ing as in you have not struck that player back AFAIK its not breaking a rule.

This is a load of ****, Xs. I don't know how, but I was flagged. I even tried going to Shatt, and GM island, but every time I tried something to stop being flagged, you'd just come right back around and attack me! Regardless of the fact that I was only training my leatherworking. I did NOTHING to you, and you attacked me. Not only were you attacking an unwilling person, but you were a jerk about it and did it multiple times. That sounds like harassment to me. You singled me out each time and atacked me relentlessly. Regardless of the multiple times I told you to stop.

We need to have Syn, Arsenik, or Flint post up a set of rules for .recall/.appear, and for the Tabard. Not the player-posted ones right now, a set of rules that are final and thread closed right after posting, because i've heard from GM's that it was illegal to appear if someone hits you even. >>
