First off, it's an Axe.

Second, with even a very slight ranged attack speed increase (swift wind, rapid fire, trinket, improved aspect, BM talent, take your pick), that bow would become 110% useless. If your ranged attack speed goes to 0.00, the bow stops firing completely and the only way to fix it is to relog.
