Donation Questions

Just wondering a couple of things and would appreciate a quick answer.
1st question: It says that donations of $100+ get .recall, does that applies to instant donations also? And if yes, since he items on instant donations are mailed, would that just be a case of putting in a ticket to get the .recall?
2nd question: If a friend dontates for one account, (already has .recall), can she have the .recall applied to a different account?
