OK guys when you make a ticket ingame please explain more what your problem is.
The reason I am posting this that we seem to be getting lots of ticket just saying (for example): " Gm i need help" or "Gm my enchanting bug"
Please explain in more detail, say exactly what your problem his so the GM Team will know in advance what to do to fix it and if we don't we can ask another GM to help us
This will make processing your ticket a lot faster and they can service your ticket better
agreed Belzy... tickets that do not have a specific help request will be left to the bottom of the list as if you dont take the time to detail your issue we wont take the time to honor it.... we will eventually get round to it once the more detailed tickets have been actioned.

Man this should be a non issue. Even if its a non issue, remember these are people, not vendors, so just go "Hey, can I get this fixed, please? Thanks again"

I sometimes make tickets saying :Mortal Strike Plix
Since GMs know it is bugged, then no need to think at all, you just appear and ...teach
Not all of us know which things are bugged and which aren't... It's always good to explain your problem so we can either fix just you or figure out the problem and fix the whole server thus keeping repeat responses down...

hi there i`d just like to say thanks to the gm`s for all there help in the past and probably in the future too i have great admiration for them and think they do a stupendous job YAYYY gm`s
I'm slightly confused about the ticket policy; it seems like some players get their issues dealt with by being generally annoying in global chat- is this acceptable in all matters? Is using global chat to get a GMs attention ok when your problem makes the game unplayable? What is the official GM stance toward people who avoid using the ticket system?

In order for a player to receive assistance, they will need to raise a petition. All petitions will be answered in the order that they were are recieved.
