Rules please!

Ok i was wondering if it would be possible that u guys have on the left bar there a rules button and please have the donor port stuff in there to please becuase there seems to be alot of confusion going around on when can and cant port. cause i woud like to know myself cause i keep hearing this 2 dif ways on when u can or cant i like the one better then the other and it makes more sense.

The one i heard was that u are not aloud to port out if u are in combat and even if u kill the person u attack u cannot port until u get away from everyone that is in the pvp cause ive hade some ppl attackmy friend then we would both attack adn then they would port out after they killed my friend but i would still be attacking and they would port out i think that is not right i mena u start a fight u stick around, but thats just me lol.

Please can we get the rules in a more noticable place?
