In-Game Rules

• Do not beg players or GMs for Items, gold, or levels. It's annoying and may result in being banned.
  
• No swearing in LFG, /say or any open channel. You're more than welcome to swear in guild chat or in /tells, because users can kick you from guild or /ignore you. Swearing in open chat, world or lfg will result in a quick .kick or if felt the language was repeated and severe enough will result in an indefinate ban.
  We have an 18+ channel if you feel the need to vent off where just about anything goes. Type /join over18 to join that channel.
  
  
• Do not harass other players. If they ask you to leave them be (with the exception of PVP); kindly move along and bother the next person.
  
  
• This is a PVP server; there are no restrictions on when and how you can PVP. You are allowed to kill any opposing faction on sight if they enter your city. (Exept GM's of course) :D
  
  
• Spamming CC (crowd control) is looked down upon; but please limit it to PVP and kill the player, don't leave him sapped for an hour.
  
  
• GMs are not permitted to PVP on their GM character. Using Touch of Death or .kill on a player in PVP will result in a quick removal of permissions.
  
  
• Impersonating a GM will result in a ban.
  
  
• If you need help with something leave a GM ticket, or use LFG to politely ask if any GMs are not occupied at the moment. If they don't reply straight away they're probably already doing Tickets, so be patient and don't spam LFG expecting this to hasten your reply, it wont!
  
  
• There is no PVPing a GM. If you try to PVP a GM expect not only to be killed but banned as well.
  
  
• Q permission users [.recall + .appear] will have their permissions suspended if they use .appear or .recall in any way to gank or pvp players.
  
  
• Flying carpet shoud not be use in any way for pvp or use in opssing faction city,if caught that item may be remove from you

with regards to .recall; are you allowed to add your own loacations? e.g. .recall add tinmine?

No. It will be deleted and it annoys the GM's when you do make them.

This rule needs to be expanded as there is No PvP in IronForge or UnderCity.

In other words, don't shank people while they're shopping. But putting an all-out ban on PvP in Ironforge and Undercity wouldn't be fair. What about people who would like to raid those places? I'm certain they wouldn't like an all-out ban on PvP in those areas.

Actually <.< Boomer taught me how to make my own custom .recall points... I can't exactly remember if I was supposed to delete them once I was done, but I always have.

Thats nice that he showed you but I have seen announcements from the admins saying to not make them at all.

It is a no PvP area so that means nothing. No PvP at all. You want to raid there go somewhere else. It is that simple.

This is a good point. If any admin can let us know the dos and donts regarding adding recall ports or if you can add you own custom locations and if so how.

Adding recall ports:

You can add a personal recall port only if it's a temporary, this means it must be deleted before you log off the server.

We know who adds what recalls, therefore if we find a port that is still here and the player who created it is offline for more than 1/2 an hour we will issue a warning, on the 3rd event the recall facility will be removed from that account.

So, short and sweet; Use the facility but ensure you remove before you log out or you run the risk of losing the privilage. The choice is yours.

Because GM's have to manually sift through the command logs it was mentioned that recall add was to be moved to GM only, if you don't abuse it, you won't lose it....

Edit: If an added recall port is felt usefull to all players, before just leaving it; an agreement must be made with an online GM (I'd suggest you take a screenshot of the agreement). Thanks Alonian.
