Meet Flint - WaMMOs CEO
Last week Arsenik and I spent some time evaluating how to go about providing more coverage, better accountability and better structure to the existing GM teams. We came to the conclusion that we needed to focus on the marketing, server maintenance and back end work, and allow someone to work with the teams and make broader decisions regarding the community and staff members.
FLINT was chosen because of his fantastic dedication, superb work ethic and understanding of organizational structure. He has been with WaMMO since it's inception back in June and has helped us develop these servers into a fantastic, safe and friendly place to play. FLINT has been provided with the access needed to make daily decisions, as well as database and server access to troubleshoot issues. I've been working with him lately to help him learn about the configuration and server setting. He's a quick study. He will continue to lead the GM and BM teeams on Netherstorm until he chooses a suitable admin for that server. He assumes the role of Head admin and CEO. He will be the decisions maker in all player and staffing decisions. Every GM, Admin and BM is accountable to him. TPD will assume the role as Administrator for the Shadowburn Mid-rate server. He has done a fantastic job with running the BM team over there and staffing the server to it's needs. I want everyone to congratulate FLINT on his promotion and work with him to make WaMMO an even more exciting and friendly server to play on. FLINT is also going to head up a monthly giveaway which will be posted later this week. Prizes, at the moment, are in the range of gaming headsets, PC speakers and in-game rewards. More news will follow.

Yay Flint. Congrats, and thanks for all that you do. We wouldn't be as good if you were not here to guide us. Of course we wouldn't be here at all if it wasn't for Syn and Arsenik's hard work on this awesome server. So when you going to update the Game Staff post Syn.
